Iceland isn’t the first country that springs to mind when cannabis crops up in conversation, after all, weed is still illegal in the Nordic Island nation. However, Icelandic folk are a resilient, fiercely independent, and egalitarian people; accustomed to making their own rules and working together to weather tough times.
