Pharmacies Prescription Frustration

Hi all,

I put a prescription order in on the 17th April,
So you know the drill, wait for the prescription to be sent, couple days pass etc,
They came back saying it was out of stock so I had a re-write for a different product which showed as available.
Wait for the prescription to be sent..
Again, it comes back out of stock,
I choose something else, and again made sure it showed available stock, in fact it says availability: High 2,200
Again, it comes back as out of stock.
I choose something else,
Again, it comes back out of stock

Is this the norm? because I'm becoming increasingly frustrated, I've now been without medication for a little while, meanwhile paying my monthly cost to the clinic.
This process is madness!!!

Hi mate,

That's a crazy long time to wait. Are you just looking at the flower listings on the main site and picking based on the available stock?

I would advise looking directly at the pharmacy pages where you can see the formularies and live stock feeds for pharmacies like Botanical (highly recommended).

Speak to the clinic as well, they should really be able to help you here. You've waited way to long for this to be sorted.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely try that,

I'm having the issue with mainly the oil and carts but the flower less so,

I've been looking at what is available under oils/carts/flower, so I'll take a look directly at the pharmacy pages and try again,
I appreciate the help

No problem mate, always happy to try and help where I can.

If you make an account on the main page, if you know what cart you want, once logged if you go the product page it'll show you who has it in stock.

That's a good way to do it if you need to know about one thing specifically.

@GrownHealth do users need to be verified to view the instock pharmacies on the product page?
 
I do have an account but I get "Your user account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator to enable the account" error when I try to login,
