I take it that means ANY processing you do to your medical flower before consumption is also legal (within reason of course, not including mixing it with cocaine or whatever lol!)? I've heard someone suggest in the past that even cooking with it is illegal since producing the necessary infused oils counts as production of a controlled drug or whatever.

And even if there is no legal consequence for possessing your own concentrates from flower, is there no legal consequences of using it outside the instructions of your prescription which, if you are prescribed flower, will require that you vaporise it?

I've also heard stories of people being pulled over by the police, and because there was evidence they'd been smoking their MC, since their use was outside the prescription which required vaping, then their 5A(3) defence did not apply? Is that nonsense?

Is the headline that we can do whatever we want with our flower with no consequences, or just that it's not illegal to POSSESS something you made out of your flower?

I assumed i could do whatever i wanted to my MC anyway, never considered pressing into dabs etc as illegal.

I totally agree it would be nice to have the facts for reference.
I truly believe that meditation in this form is definitely needed in the uk and to be able to produce your own legally will be good.
It saves vaping a lot of material while still achieving the symptom reduction.
Looking forward to any updates.

It's etched in my brain for protection should we all ever need it and it would be easy to assume it was illegal with past stigma's surrounding rosin etc but the police and courts didn't see it that way so progress

I wouldn’t mind knowing the case for reference. I think it would help if plod decided to swipe the press.
It’s only reducing material consumption really and extracting what parts we need. Perhaps if anyone finds the case law it could be referenced on here or linked somewhere.
