Crazy thing is with this one when it arrives is although it's called Cheetah Piss the first thing peeps will do when getting it is stick their nose in the pot

All trying to cash in on the cat, Used to get floral trainwreck earthy terpinolene abso lovely but when i got what was supposed to be original trainwreck it stank of pure cat piss big old school afghan red hair buds that stank of ammonia but i still prefer the floral trainwreck , It would have to be crossed to appeal to the new kids on the block nowadays but the only strain i smelled of cat was that, There was a scramble to cash in on it but never heard of it being available.

Loved that strain prob 1 of the strongest about , I have it meaty like beef space raiders(afghan pheno), green pheno floral n earth, purple pheno musky floral earth, cat piss (afghan pheno), Just had a look yes there is a few piss strains out there goat,cougar,skunk, gorilla pee lol. In the trainwreck with terpinolene i always thought jack herer was used but can remember cat piss coming through ssh but only smelling through ammo a little , That ox piss looked a very good strain

I actually wouldn't mind going on a Gelato journey as pretty much it's undiscovered here as soon as fancy names came about I switched off and stuck to what I knew lol and this Cat Piss one has the Gelato#42 in it .

Same here g , Had bacio gelato n it was lovely , Had the 33 n 41 and both were very sedating n strong hit but the bacio was a little more forgiving than 33 or 41 , Would love to see what MC gelato would be like , This does look a nice strain n hopefully in before end of month

Just been looking at the Genetics of this, London Pound Cake is in the strain. What a Name "Cheetah Piss"

So now I'm intrigued, from my understanding there is no ammonium terpene, the ammonia associated with old school thai stics was due to piss poor drying/curing. Crybaby actually covers this in the latest FCP episode (it also features Dwight who worked with Nevil at the cannabis castle in the late 80's early 90's) and explains the science around it all. Its always a pissin contest between james loud n notsodog lol . Was not a fan of it i loved my floral wreck n frankincense hazes over amnesia(cat piss) haze which is a ssh. The trainwreck was pure afghan big buds ripe for mold but none present , I have smelled loads of bad weed mold old gold n never smellled weed thats ammoniated ever outside that wreck n ammo as you know ammo is famous for it , If it is anerobic bacteria then its ingrained into those cuts as comes out in alot of different enviros , Stinkier than any terp more like a thiol and not grown badly , In all the bad street weed i have had n its alot i have never smelled it as you think you would so i think it takes alot of things to go right or wrong lol to get that stench , Acetic acid i have smelled yes deffo if put in a jar still being acidic then vinegar will appear but never cat piss. Skipping through this have you got a time when they mention it just in from football

I didnt even know it had an ammonia like smell i just thought berner cashing in again with name lol , Never tried the london just in a cookies vape but not flower heard it is nice, But aye good marketing indeed lol

I had uk cheese wax about 7 years ago and upon opening it it stank of the cheese profile and piss , so flower or hash pressed and heated never escaped this piss smell, tasted of a nice earth like cheese has and similar taste to ghost og Myrcene , Going down a rabbit hole with cat piss, I do think that the cat piss smell in certain strains is coming from skunk 1 more so than haze but thats just opinion, the trainwreck i had was afghan n didnt look as if there was skunk in there but who knows. But i am just going with how prevelant the cat piss is in ssh compared to nevilles haze.

I will have to have a look at nevilles haze and original to see if they produced cat piss but since it degrades into something similar to skunk spray with mercaptans and might even have propanoic acid present but yes cat piss smell is closely related , ssh does have skunk 1 in there and cat piss is prevelant if inbred according to nevil here is what he said about the cat piss

"The cat piss smell associated with Haze is the result of inbreeding to the Haze. Inbreeding to siblings or half siblings, is less damaging than inbreeding to the same Haze plant.
NL5 was somewhat neutral in smell and when crossed with the Haze, it expressed the various genotypes behind the Haze very well. I have grown large numbers of NL5HzA and NL5HzC plants from seed. Considering that the HzA male was dead, I could only use it's daughters to put back to HzC.

This single inbreeding to the 1969 haze males exponentially increased the amount of cat piss types in the progeny, but still allowed a useful percentage of truly superior plants to shine through.
The average age of the NH grand parents is about 40. I don't believe that this can be said about anybody else's lines. They are more inbred, hence the cat piss.
