Well if the coucil was to help organise or even make it possible on conditions there was a clean up crew, im almost certain, organisers would have tons of volunteers.

Its a shame for not working together for a knowingly big event or turn out what was bound to happen. Shame on the council. Dumb ass imbeciles should have expected it. Or in my view, they let it happen to make it bad publicity for the 420 goers. Making the whole thing negative which could have been simply avoided

Its completely "normal" and expected at any event where large numbers of peeps meet - some are litter bugs.

But i agree its down to organisers to make up for that. Big gatherings equals big mess. Like i said councils unwillingness to co operate has resulted in a big mess.... literally
