I Know people love to bitch and moan about things, but I sent in a repeat request last night late, woke up to email to confirm - paid the fee around 1pm.
Shocked when IPS have just emailed me with a payment link.
See a few mention slow downs etc but I'm finding the opposite!
Same here with my last request, although a different clinic , when they get things right we got to speak up as well as bitching when stuff done sloppily .
I had seen loads of people saying slow downs and seen lots complaining of phone wait times, but I've always used email and always been flawless my side. Long may it continue ! for us all.
Pretty much similar story here ,ordered through portal and paid soon as requested and bingo, if there's any query the prescriber sometimes emails and clears it up instantly.
This is very interesting, didn't know this was an option to sign up from your own clinic ,then exercising your right to use which pharmacy you want you can redirect to Integro and secure the discounts that Grow Access Project offers. I feel this is not common knowledge and could save a few quid for some.
