Hi!!
I had the Error Code 4 from a Mighty + I purchased from Gumtree. From the get go it kept throwing up this code. When I approached Storz & Bickel they wouldn't touch it because it wasn't registered in my name. So of course I contacted the seller asking them to swap the device over to me by contacting S&B and it getting registered to me. The person who sold it to me from Gumtree wasn't the original owner
and totally ghosted me. The person is still selling S&B items on Gumtree, where they get them from!? Who knows!! But I took mine apart and saw the temp probe wasn't in it's sleeve and couldn't regulate temps, so I put it back and works as it should!!
