Hi, we are travelling to Majorca in a couple of weeks time and applying for a permit for my partner's meds I was wondering if anyone knew what the current wait time for permits was as due to clinic delays etc we are cutting it a bit fine.
Many Thanks
Kate

Hello @Kate + welcome (y)

Which permit would this be - would this be with the Embassy or?

I haven't travelled with meds and I understand it varies per country but maybe someone here knows. This link here may offer some info https://medbud.wiki/map/patient-travel/

Hi, we travelled to Gran Canaria last year and had to get a permit for my partner's flower and oil we got the permit in around a week but panicking as this time we are late to apply. Last time we applied or
estupefacientes@aemps.es, initially they directed us to the embassy but they never got back to us so the medicines authority let us apply directly through them 🙏

I'm like Manuel "I know nothing!" so maybe this lovely man @GrownHealth might know - at least who or which organisation to ask? Have you tried your own clinic for advice @Kate ?

This is what we've got for Spain and I'd imagine when you ask your clinic for the travel letter they will clear up if any further documentation is needed specifically for Majorca but I'd imagine this would be treated as mainland Spain where as the Canary Islands could be treated different .
I'd suggest contacting your clinic to email you a travel letter and prescription for printing off if this speeds things up .
