It kind of begs belief, similar to Thailand trying to recriminalise (for a short period.) A friend (who sits on our advisory board) was working with the Thai government on producing an official app to map out where tourists could purchase cannabis legally, while that fell through amongst the ruckus - I'm glad to see Thailand came to their senses in the end.
The UK government shouldn't be meddling in this whatsoever.
Thailand is still amongst my favourite countries to visit in East Asia, and because of pro-cannabis law now tops Taiwan, Japan and Bali for my favourite destinations out there.
