Vapes Volcano Medic 2 cleaning issue

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to get the mesh screens out of the housings on a Volcano Medic 2 for cleaning or replacement? As far as I can see the only way to get them out is to force them out, but then I’m afraid I won’t be able to get them back in or replace them without damaging them. Also, how do you know when it’s time to replace the mesh screens?

Hey, I've just cleaned mine today coincidentally

I use a metal smoothie straw to push it out gently, going in from the top, rather than something pointy - then it doesn't bend it out of shape

There is a metal recess that the edge of the screen fits into, so once done you can pop it back in with your finger gently and it should just go back into the recess

Think my plenty has the same gauze fitting.
It took me a bit to get my gauze out just have to be carefull and take your time
I used the round end of a pencil
