The Durham Wasps ice hockey team was formed in 1947. While a specific "Durham Rugby Team" is not highlighted as forming in the early 20th century in this search, rugby in Durham (such as the Durham City RFC) has a much longer history, making the rugby team significantly older than the Wasps.

  1. Durham Wasps: Founded in 1947 and played until 1996.
  2. Durham Rugby Team: Rugby union has existed in the area since the late 19th century.
  3. The Wasps were a dominant force in British ice hockey in the 1980s before folding in 1996.

The term "WASP" (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant) was not originally used in England, but was coined in the United States in the mid-20th century to describe the established, upper-class elite of British descent.

We also tried the CannFx Do-Si-Dos when the price dropped and boy was that fruity and terpy and the kind to stink the house out when fresh😋

Creamy, chocolatey, strawberry-lemon with gaseous highs and bare underworld mosh-pit dankness.
