It's definitely not a good start when I'm considering having a chat with the mrs about how money is just money and I may have spent £250 on nothing. I'm not going to but I shouldn't even be thinking about it.

You've paid the money now so you may as well see how it goes. Probably give yourself 7 days or more to put your script in before running out of meds.

Yeah I will just see how it goes, I don't really have another choice but having a prescription take 9 days from approval is genuine insanity. that has to be the worst turnaround in all of MC.

to be honest I think at this point, I'll give it until August, if its still as shit as it is now I'm going to leave medical altogether. I know people talk about improvements but I think it's gone backwards in terms of service the last 18 months. I've been with 3 clinics in that time and all of them have been bad.

Turns out having access to the pharmacies doesn't mean the pharmacies actually want your business.

If Specials try and charge me £9pg for this Crystal Caviar then I think I'm going to just drop Cannabis Clinic Cardiff an email and ask for my discharge today. I don't know how people play this game. You need a mental health clinic just to work with this one.

I make a Medicann order because fuck being left short, get it requested and paid for super quick (bit of a kick in the teeth that). So thats on it way tomorrow.

As the payment clears my phone is ringing, I look down and see the word " Montu" on my phone screen. Turns out they fucked my account up because I used to be an Alternaleaf patient - bare in mind I had a conversation with someone yesterday because I thought this exact thing would happen. Anyway, in fairness to the wonderful lady, she took responsibility and fixed it.

so now I've got my montu script coming tomorrow (GREAT!) but that means I didn't need to spend the £105 I just spent at Medicann! . Not that it will go to waste but still, how annoying.

@Lank72, @GrownHealth @GreenRed and anyone else at Cannabis Clinic Cardiff. is it common to have a script sit with the clinic for 4 days and only just get to printing? Or should I not pay attention to that status bit on the portal? - i've not had the shipping for this one so I have a feeling it is accurate.

Turns out having access to the pharmacies doesn't mean the pharmacies actually want your business.

Stick with them mate its not worth throwing money away, I'd order just from botanical to get some money back as all their flower is cheaper than everywhere else. Get some bm and ride it out and chill of course

They post your physical prescription off i believe, I don't know if your get tracking on that, but it may look like nothing is happening because its in the post to the Pharmacy? Glad its sorted now, put some meds away now, what a choice your have now lucky bugger

Sometimes they update the portal later for various things, I've never had that sort of delay in them actually posting a script out, always same day or next day latest. They tend to focus on the important bit sooner, and the admin bit of updating the portal later.

I would follow the emails / RM tracking for that info so you know if the pharmacy has it yet or not.

Appreciate it feels annoying to have ordered extra, but I suppose in one way a bit of stock at home is exactly what you need to take the pressure off future ordering.

It will take some time to get out of the delivery next day mindset, if you can stick with it a bit I'm sure you'll find the groove.

Taken me 2 years on medical to stop freaking out every time there is a hiccup in this process so I know it's not easy!

Double budmas tomorrow for you is what I'm hearing mate so hopefully that takes the edge off

You're right mate, I've got to get out of the NDD, everything moving speedy mentality. how do you order? Do you tend to get it all out the way with for the month or do you order in smaller amounts throughout the month?

That makes sense, its probably the best way to order to avoid this constant portal/email twitching.

So far I've used Montu (lol), Specials and BHD. Montu despite being shit this time around appear to have sorted the problems. Specials don't have the script yet to my knowledge and BHD despite having to order in and do a rewrite have been absolutely wonderful with their communication. I'll happily wait the extra days with them a) for the cost and b) because they tell you whats going on.

Like you I think BHD will be my new home and I'll occasionally take advantage of a deal elsewhere. To be honest if Cannabis Clinic Cardiff can get an automated system set up with BHD then I'll be more than happy.

My mrs has also just reminded I didn't sleep a wink last night because the cat kept thinking I was food and kept biting me all night long, so that probably explains the mental health episode a couple of hours ago lol.
