That makes sense, its probably the best way to order to avoid this constant portal/email twitching.

So far I've used Montu (lol), Specials and Botanical Health Dispensary. Montu despite being shit this time around appear to have sorted the problems. Specials don't have the script yet to my knowledge and BHD despite having to order in and do a rewrite have been absolutely wonderful with their communication. I'll happily wait the extra days with them a) for the cost and b) because they tell you whats going on.

Like you I think BHD will be my new home and I'll occasionally take advantage of a deal elsewhere. To be honest if Cannabis Clinic Cardiff can get an automated system set up with BHD then I'll be more than happy.

My mrs has also just reminded I didn't sleep a wink last night because the cat kept thinking I was food and kept biting me all night long, so that probably explains the mental health episode a couple of hours ago lol.

Having not engaged with NHS since covid I was shocked as to how broken it all is and how pissed off staff are with the IT and general chaos.

hate to say, but since Covid it's turned into a real shit show when you go beyond GP and need to see actual people or get things done. Minor level stuff like scans still seem to be pretty quick, but if you want or need to see a consultant or registrar, it devolves into something very much not fit for purpose.

Or should I not pay attention to that status bit on the portal? - i've not had the shipping for this one so I have a feeling it is accurate.

4 days? Not really, I had one busy period where it was only printed at the end of the 2nd day, and therefore posted on the 3rd. Usually I get the prescription tracking the same day I request.

Might have to be a vape session though, given it's now over a year old and probably not ideal for baking with.

So I had a brief email from Cannabis Clinic Cardiff earlier, which was then followed by some delayed tracking emails. When I check them they were both received at the pharmacy yesterday.

So it seems the blame does lay with the pharmacies rather than the clinic which I think I sort of knew. Or maybe a little bit with the portal lol.

I have a feeling Montu may be easier to deal with going forward as well although I doubt I'll use them often.

I guess we'll see how the coming months come along. I already spoke to my Mrs and she said I can't leave this one, end of. So that settles that.

I'm about to do some food shopping with an ECSD cart, wish me luck. Gonna be a trolley full of shit doing this high and hungry.
