Nail in the coffinChanelle,
You do not answer my questions, instead obstrucate, if you read my email, I specifically mention, out of stock or discontinued items.
If you could confirm my assurances that would be great. Calling would not assist.

Hi Barry
I'm sorry you feel that way.
I wish you all the best with finding a suitable clinic.
Christ, Little does she know that's killed a few potential applications and any chance of me ever considering them in the future.Chanelle,

Thank you for sharing this whole process mate, the fact they seem so short with simple questions makes me very concerned for what happens when a patient has a complicated issue or isn't great at explaining what they need.better we know, than don't
the lack of transparency on reflection is quite scary for a medical cannabis clinicThank you for sharing this whole process mate, the fact they seem so short with simple questions makes me very concerned for what happens when a patient has a complicated issue or isn't great at explaining what they need.

Excuse my ignorance here and I've just realised I've used these and they did source products from other pharmacies for me and I got the Grow Access Project discount added and I even pointed out where one product was cheaper and they got that for me so yes they actually sourced all my products from elsewhere iirc and I got them cheaper because the Grow Access Project discount was added and it slipped my mind when I was reading this thread.Thank you for sharing this whole process mate, the fact they seem so short with simple questions makes me very concerned for what happens when a patient has a complicated issue or isn't great at explaining what they need.
then why not just say so, publish the formulary, zoto clinic prescribes, but what do they prescribe from is what I want to know and they don't want to tell me?Excuse my ignorance here and I've just realised I've used these and they did source products from other pharmacies for me and I got the Grow Access Project discounted added and I even pointed out where one product was cheaper and they got that for me so yes they actually sourced all my products from elsewhere iirc and I got them cheaper because the Grow Access Project discount was added and it slipped my mind when I was reading this thread.
Just to add I was ordering from Cannabis Clinic Cardiff but as a pharmacy they were willing to get me what I requested and iirc they said they would happily use reliable outside suppliers.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's how you've explained it, in that they'll order it in.Excuse my ignorance here and I've just realised I've used these and they did source products from other pharmacies for me and I got the Grow Access Project discounted added and I even pointed out where one product was cheaper and they got that for me so yes they actually sourced all my products from elsewhere iirc and I got them cheaper because the Grow Access Project discount was added and it slipped my mind when I was reading this thread.

The Grow Access Project discount applies to all meds if you qualify for the Grow Access Project scheme rather than selective meds they chose so for instance I ordered Death Bubba for £77.50 and they ordered it from elsewhere and then discounted 10% off.then why not just say so, publish the formulary, see IPS has no Grow Access Project discounts
tx the IPS /intergro live sheet is the same price for gap & retailThe Grow Access Project discount applies to all meds if you qualify for the Grow Access Project scheme rather than selective meds they chose so for instance I ordered Death Bubba for £77.50 and they ordered it from elsewhere and then discounted 10% off.
The Grow Access Project scheme no longer has anything to do with IPS as they went their separate ways last year and products need to be dispensed by Pharmacy Space to achieve the 10% discount (to qualifying patients).tx the IPS /intergro live sheet is the same price for gap & retail
Gets better by the day for these folks lately.I’ve just had a call from pharmacy space to discuss & I assume pay for my prescription.
I apologised to pharmacy space as I wasn’t aware that the Dr was writing a prescription during the appointment that took place nearly 2 weeks ago.
I spoke to the clinic the day after the appointment & told them that I didn’t want the prescription and wouldn’t be joining the clinic, but I guess something got muddled somewhere and the prescription got sent.
I also got asked meds during consult with doc, Alien mints T24 & solar charge T22. as this is avail Bot/ Montu and wanted to see if they could,I’ve just had a call from pharmacy space to discuss & I assume pay for my prescription.

I would imagine it's somehow slipped the net to be honest. If you're bothered I'd probably reach out to them again, may be worth speaking directly with Chanelle - chanelle@auraviamedical.com - I'm fairly sure @Barry had the same issues and needed to reach out again.Quick thought.. I still haven't heard a single thing from these lot..
If you have the time to attend events and manage social media like Instagram, then you better be on point with patient applications
I'm now on day 10, it took 2 days with Medicann

I'll give her an email mate, I don't want to appear arsey in anyway with my comment above, just find it frustrating with any organisation who takes longer than a business week to reply regardless of sizeI would imagine it's somehow slipped the net to be honest. If you qualify for Grow Access Project, them having Pharmacy Space as the default sounds really appealing imo.
