Do any clinics do a guaranteed next day delivery if I pay the invoice by a certain time the day before

It may turn out that way but I don't think any guarantee it but CB1 Medical which we've been using it always has been with us within 2 days of paying and sometimes 1day.

They are the closest I had to next day delivery once it was unreal. I think 28hrs or something surreal, sure it was during or near the holidays as well.

Closest CB1 Medical. Join cb1, cancel ma get refund, have extra money to buy meds? Thats what I did lol

It's completely dependant on whether the pharmacy holds shelf stock of the medication being prescribed, or whether it has to be ordered in.

When using our database the 'main partner pharmacy' listed on product pages should almost always hold stock.
