Hi All, I have been prescribed this by Curaleaf for insomnia and chronic pain; however, according to MedBud the product is Sativa, not Indica as per Curaleaf. I believe it is Indica that makes one sleepy. Should Curaleaf provide a certificate of analysis or something to confirm what the product is? I never tried any THC before. Also, I educated myself a bit, and what I learned I should start with low doses but have been prescribed starting at THC20 straight.
I am a bit confused, can someone help me to understand please?

Good morning and I have indeed used Curaleaf oil that uses the strain Cairo and I found the effects actually kept me awake which at the time I found surprising but it would leave me wide awake and thinking late into the night but this was just my experience of the T20 and the T50
The good thing about oil is you can take a little and wait for the effects without it usually feeling strong or overpowering whilst you get use to using the product and the fact you have not had THC before means it's integral you follow clinic guidance as I'm sure they'll gently introduce the products with your past inexperience at the forefront of their minds .

According to MedBud this Hybrid is more Sativa, which explains why you were awake. The Dr who consulted me advised that she would be prescribed 20:20, but the prescription is 20:10...
I called Curaleaf to raise my concerns about the strain in my prescription and the discrepancies.
