Callum here, the CEO and founder of CannCare, I will invite some of my team here too to reply to messages, questions and feedback! (if any!)

Only thing I'll add as a preface is that we're not here to entertain negativity. We're happy to take feedback and criticism as long as it's constructive.

Let me know what your thoughts are, be honest, brutal but please stay polite with me and my team, we're here to help.

Honestly, absolutely no problem. There was a huge gap for a professional advocacy group. It's really heart-warming to see the support. We've spent a lot of time, building from the ground up, putting systems in place and ensuring we're able to do what we say we can do. Thank you again for your kind words, honestly it means a lot to our team.

Hahahaha! Congratulations on being our 8th - every time we check there's a ton more! It will be cool in six months or so when we hopefully hit thousands and you've got membership number eight!

Just a bit of feedback on the website, seems to be some performance issue - navigation generally was quite choppy - (I saw there was a note at the top of the site page about improvements so you may already be aware, but thought I'd share since you asked above )

Yeah — we’re working on changes at the moment. There’s a site we had developed prior to launch but we did a last minute switch to Wordpress (our mistake) and now we are in the process of getting back our old code (which is built from the ground up!) and then publishing that.

The website as you see it right now is a boiler plate, it’s not our final design and I agree completely with your feedback. I will ask that we get this changed today before COB if not, tomorrow morning as I know is a very busy day for the team.

Regardless, always appreciate honest and open feedback

I think @Callum is a patient there, but its nothing to do with CB1 AFAIK.

from my understanding they offer medical cannabis patient support, so for example if a person is having problems using their medication at work they can help, or if you get stopped by the police and they don't understand about medical cannabis you or the officer can give canncare a call and they will try their best to help.

Patient support with problems with the industry/police/housing/clinics and working with councils to try to raise awareness of patients rights amongst other things and I'd suggest to get in touch as membership is free unless you want to make a donation and they're friendly and helpful and based in Salford .

If you hear any rumours specifying that we're funded by CB1, CQC or by black market - this is news to me, and I am still yet to be paid, so please do remind them to send over the money! (Or an address so I can debt collect)

In all seriousness, no - we're independent and we're self-funded by the board at CannCare.
