So in the end I skipped the ASG as it got so late before I decided (decided, not needed) to move on to something else that I was just looking for a sleeper so had Pink Kush and wow did I sleep (9hrs 54mins according to the fitbit)
I'm normally someone who wakes in the morning and needs to start medicating after being awake for about an hour. Today it's taken about 3hrs for me to think 'am I ready? not sure, I'll go for one anyway and see what happens'
