Oils Suggestions on oil

I have been using GP Cannabis oil full spectrum THC 25MG/ML & CBD 5MG/ML for facial nerve pain ( 0.2ml x 4-6 times per day) Ever since I started it probably a year ago I felt dizzy, lightheaded and so fatigued. Hence the micro-dosing which made little difference. I ploughed on as it was helping with the pain until now.
I'm now trying BCM T20 Gelato 41 full spectrum and don't have most of side effects apart from same levels of fatigue. Trying to learn a bit more about terpenes I wonder if this one has less sedating terpenes so suits mostly and I'm hoping the Beta- Caryophyllene will help the inflammatory nerve pain.
If anyone has suggestions of other oil strains that has worked for them for similar or just knowledge please let me know?

Welcome @micagrace and it's nice to see you've found improvement by switching oils and whilst I'm not really an oil user there is a few amongst us who may be able to help advise a more suitable oil/terpene profile but you may find a lot may be down to trial and error .

Thought this is pretty appropriate for understanding cannabis types.


I find the nearer a strain is to landrace genetics the more medicinal it'll be .
More equatorial strains will be Sativa and by nature are tall lanky plants and good for focus and motivation.
The other side of the spectrum is Indica which will grow smaller but chunkier ,be more sedating and relaxing by nature.
Most strains available to us are a balance between these two.
Ruderalis is the other type of cannabis that has no medicinal benefits except for it can add an autoflowering aspect to genetics...

Thanks for replying. I think you're right it probably is down to trial and error. But its so costly! and I know flowers are cheaper but I'm not quite there yet.

Thanks - yeah oil is defo too expensive. I like the Gelato 41 but stupidly didn't realise its a third of my normal size.

Thanks for replying. That's really good you've found one thats working for the nerve pain. You're right about everyone different, I know of others that have no issues with side effects like I do.

Hey A bit of an older thread but -I have had to stop vaping due to a throat issue so I just thought I would jump in because I’ve been exploring oils and have found that different blends work better depending on what you’re aiming for — some are more sedating, others more balancing.


I’ve actually made a few videos testing them out in drinks and everyday use - I believe that pairing the oils with other natural terpenes and minerals can help aid its absorption and effects, likely down to what is being called the entourage effect...
