Being Autisitc and ADHD myself, I know what this will cost him. His reference to spoons at the end was a nod to this too.

It's one thing for him to be putting out cuttingly honest reviews for the benefit of patients, without monetising his channel, etc but serious, serious respect for him for doing this knowing he will be burntout for a week easily from it
