Pharmacies Montu Pharmacy

So I have a review today. I'm gonna order 30g of Kush Mints but I'm struggling to find a good Sativa dom option. I think I'm gonna request the 4C Labs Lemonatti despite the fact it hasn't been listed on Montu yet. IPS have Black Jelly at £6.50g but Montu is showing 'no new requests' for this sigh.

Can they send part of the script to a different pharmacy or does it have to be the entire prescription?

Not sure on splitting the script but others will know but looking at it you could send it all to IPS and state the fact they are all available there including the Black Jelly so you would like to request that too.

I didn't even think of that lol. If I have it sent to IPS will they just email me to setup on their pharmacy portal? sorry for all the questions I'm a bit useless at the mo ;)

Absolutely no problem mate and the pharmacy will contact you when they receive your script and send a payment request and it's pretty straight forward also thinking back maybe they ring you for the first contact (introduction) and then a payment email will be sent but it's user friendly in my experience.

Thanks for the replies, @node can't say I've been a massive fan of the cookies lineage..always a bit hit and miss for me. I have emailed Montu as one particular issue does my swede right in. I've had items on my script that have gone out of stock before I can place the order and pay for them. This seems like a basic web shop issue. When they receive the script the items should be reserved!. This drives me completely around the twist often resulting in the need for a rewrite. I've heard other pharmacies also do this which leads me to think it is deliberate but for what reason I don't know.

I think I'm gonna get it sent to IPS but I don't see the lemonatti in stock there either? it's on the other tab for meds that need to be ordered? I've got a couple of hours before my review so need to make a decision lol

Cool man. Other decent picks at Montu currently in stock are Jokerz £60 and Sudz £55. Good luck mate.

Just letting you know Lemonatti is available on IPS it's on the to be ordered in list and this hasn't been a problem for me ,maybe take an extra day?

So latest at Montu = c.750 orders / working day.
Average script price £400 = c.£300k
 
This is low estimate - can you imagine the £100 strain crew their bill and perhaps they order twice lol
I actually thought the opposite initially as most of my scripts have two items on them even if I order say 5 but if it's for invoices for total orders like the complete prescription it wouldn't be far off at £400 but if it's for individual prescriptions mine on average are £130 but there might be three so three invoices ,I've never used Montu so not familiar with the way they do things but it just crossed my mind .

Its the most shop like - I'm still satisfied with those estimates. The orders are sequential, c.90% of orders will be flower, 80% will be script/28days (big money), only very few are splitting the script AFAIK.

Right I was just trying to think if I have actually used them but na and I don't really like there site I use or am I just being god damn miserable 🤣 🤣
 
I'm putting in a formal complaint with Montu. Over the past few months I have had to request rewrites. This has got worse recently. The issue is this. When Montu receive a script they allocate the meds to the 'My Medication' page on their webshop. However, they do not 'allocate' the meds to you which often results in you going to pay for your meds but they are no longer available to order. This has now caught me out with my recent script despite getting half of it sent to IPS. I had 30g of Canopy Growth® Kush Mints on my script but within two days of it hitting my medication page it has sold out.
I've tried to address this 2-3 times and was initially told they were hoping to address this soon however, this has not happened and in subsequent email comms with them they don't even state this, now you just get a copy/paste response.

I just don't understand why the meds are not just allocated to you instead they seem to prefer to sell your meds to someone else. I've spoken to them today, unfortunately the guy on the phone was new and didn't know what to do. I have requested this be elevated to a formal complaint. If it's not addressed I'll be changing clinics.

Just wanted to ask...is this the same at other clinics or do they actually reserve your meds until you pay for it?
