That is where I stand right now with journey into MC.
On 17/06/25 I had my follow up appoint with Dispensed and my prescription run out on 9/7/25. I have contacted them again on 11/07/25 about my prescription being late and today I got this email:
"I hope you are doing well.
This is regarding your inquiry in live chat. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you sooner.
We are liaising with the doctor to find out where the prescription is. But in the meantime, we have asked one of our pharmacists to reissue the prescription as a matter of urgency. We sincerely apologise that this has happened, and rest assured that we will keep you updated as soon as we receive more information.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

I have been trying to change clinics Dispensed to CB1 Medical but it seems to have some miscommunication. I have registered on their website and downloaded the app (CB1 Medical). However, as today I have no answer. I have queried them about how to swap clinics work, what I can do help this transition or they do all the leg work.
