Intros My new journey!

That is where I stand right now with journey into MC.

On 17/06/25 I had my follow up appoint with Dispensed and my prescription run out on 9/7/25. I have contacted them again on 11/07/25 about my prescription being late and today I got this email:

"I hope you are doing well.

This is regarding your inquiry in live chat. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you sooner.

We are liaising with the doctor to find out where the prescription is. But in the meantime, we have asked one of our pharmacists to reissue the prescription as a matter of urgency. We sincerely apologise that this has happened, and rest assured that we will keep you updated as soon as we receive more information.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

I have been trying to change clinics Dispensed to CB1 Medical but it seems to have some miscommunication. I have registered on their website and downloaded the app (CB1 Medical). However, as today I have no answer. I have queried them about how to swap clinics work, what I can do help this transition or they do all the leg work.

Phone them mate it will get sorted there until you are fully registered

Just trying to get clear where you are up to ,have you actually applied to transfer online to CB1 and have they spoke with you to sort out your SCR as literally once you place an application with CB1 they usually do the leg work and keep you informed .
 
Welcome to a lovely community @Dalata with CB1 Medical just ring them they will then book a consultation that will be a video call in the cb1 app, they are wonderful and will put you at ease.

What I would do if possible is except your prescription from Dispensed if its still available so your not going without meds. You can still transfer once you have your meds. It's up to you if your willing to wait now until your consultation with CB! Medical.

CB1 Medical has mixed up my details and it didn't know where it was. Now, I think we are on track I have got to go down the GP for SCR.

Dispensed is looking for my prescription and they might repeat the old one. However, I do not want the same products I had last time.

I think I am the lucky one ... Bingoooo!!!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Whatever comes first, I am not desperate.

I can live without and I have some left still.

I see it as a long journey and I am not expecting things right now.

I want to find myself in good, bright and green place.

The journey is important and not the destination.

Regarding the SCR cb1 can access it via NHS if you live in england, I live in Wales so had to get mine from the doctor via email then forwarded to cb1. However nothing wrong with being proactive and getting it yourself.
Edit: only cb1 have this facility to access the NHS system as far as i am aware, it's one of the reasons i joined them in case i ever get a script from the NHS (you gotta try).

They're the only one I have heard of with this regards the SCR but really it needs to be widespread in todays technological age (y)

I gave up with Dispensed.

They do not reply my emails, after chat online. I did not get the refund after first prescription and I did not get my repeat prescription (it is been almost 10 days late). Flower is no good. I am not going to chase them up again. They are in the past now.

However, I have sent my SCR to CB1 Medical today and I hope they have a better service.

The Service from CB1 Medical is excellent in my eyes. You remind me of me last year before I joined CB1, I was getting a bad Service myself and going up to 2 weeks over my due date for medications while I was cutting my Opiates down, I went through lots of stress not getting the Service I should have been getting, no patient care at all.

I hope so, my journey started well but just went down hill from there.

I am sorry to hear that you had to go through all that stress.

As the weather warms up my condition improves a bit and I do not use MC so much. I have some medicine left but I have been rationing it.
