Implemented New Forum YouTube Handling

Shortly we'll be changing the way we handle videos from YouTubers on the forum. The automated feeds for new videos (from an old set of channels) will be removed, and posts merged into their relevant threads - or achieved otherwise.

They'll be replaced by automatic posts from @Holly directly on medication threads - and limited to medication reviews we add to our main database.

Well, it took 4-5 months but @Holly is now live with announcing new reviews directly on each medication's thread - hopefully relieving a lot of manual work for @GrownHealth

At some point, he'll also start announcing changes to product listings on the main database and such, but one step at a time.
