UK hash is coming, but it's also something we can't give any firm public details on yet.

We heard some very positive news from a company recently, including estimated UK costs which were both under flower - and would be incredibly game-changing overall :censored:

How can hash come in cheaper than flower? I don't get it. I'm happy for their to be some bizarre reason in the world of medical that makes this possible, but it doesn't add up to me 🤔

Fair play well hopefully they aren't cutting it with car tyres and crisp packets because thats the only way I've seen hash coming in cheaper than flower and as popular as soap was I'm not sure it would pass the lab testing 😂
:ROFLMAO: That is what I was going to post but in modern day with dog poop bags being a thing they may of found a cheaper bulking agent;):ROFLMAO:

I read something about this recently.

Curaleaf for example are big machine tumbler guys and they use them for trimming purposes. I can only imagine how many heads that clears off the outside of a plant and maybe the reason everything arrives headless.

It would not surprise me if they're using the cleaned up plant matter for hash one bit. I bet they hate the wasted product so if there's an opportunity to make money with it I think they will.

I don't know if everyone operates like that but supposedly this is a thing.

That could be a shout tbf! Those machine trimmers are probably pretty wasteful 🤔

Because its a byproduct of the flower game and a saviour for batches not up to scratch but still produce good hash , If its static or 6 star bubble then more expensive than flower but hash with all fats waxs lipids still in it will be cheaper like black hash and some dry sift etc, Canada always had a good hash culture due being able to grow alot of plants , Nothing going to waste. Av price in canada i`d say 10er a g for hash. BRING IT ON !!

Well if they're using trim from regular harvests I'm all for it but "batches not up to scratch" is where part of my conern lies. I suppose if it passes the lab tests then ok in terms of safety? Maybe? But I worry about mouldy batches being processed, cleaned, or harvests that are starting to go mouldy being harvested early and turned into hash. It's impossible to tell visually but in terms of medical effects and side effects a week or two immaturity can make a big difference. Lack of pain relief or medicinal effects, side effects like paranoia, all sorts.

On the flip side I love hash so I hope it is good! I am just skeptical of concentrates that are cheaper than flower. They are concentrates after all.

You can surely make nice hash from trim and smalls, so I am hopeful. But you can also hide things, hence the skepticism.

There will be premium flower that will command a high price close to 10 a g then down it goes to smalls then larf and bud that some companies might not sell as flower but meet standards for extract, It happens in the black market edibles market all the time know one knows what was used and if clean and i gree with you on this i think all hash should be top notch with perfect source material but not gonna happen.

There always is a build up of by product left for bogof offers so it will be interesting to see what quality and how its priced if introduced to uk med market with looking at canadain prices.

Well I'm not asking for perfect, just honest. If you look at the Sundaze® rosin cart for example that also sneakily has an unspecified quantity of distillate and botanical terpenes in it for questionable reasons, hash could open up a pretty nasty can of worms. I hope I am wrong though I love hash when it's done right 🙏😁

It should be perfect being a medicinal product but we all know what goes on. I am not expecting high end hash for that reason and honesty thats the least i expect now from them just COA i am lookinf for and we cant even get that. I think terp infused hash will be easily spotted but source material will vary in quality as will the hash and most of it will have oxidised to hashishene terp so a hashy 1 terp profile with most of it so no need and very hard to keep profile of cultivar and that can be easily be manipulated like not single strain etc. Imperial mimosa strain for me was dry and small larf buds but the hash that came off it would make a perfect strain for it with a good % on return and thats what i mean with batches not up to scratch. All else fails turn it into hash will be the motto i think.

Sounds about right bro. It’s all about 🤑 with these guys. I welcome the product category just fear how it will be manipulated. Good luck with the COA’s though. I enquired about the Sundaze® rosin cart day 1 of it dropping, pharmacy told me they would request the COA as it would be useful for them too, and that’s the last I heard of it. I feel like it should be a legal requirement for it to be available easily to patients to be honest especially with hash and concentrates. Hash is more homogenised and should keep a lot better though compared to flower so in terms of medicines I think it is more suitable. Baby steps. Love the potential for home pressing with the hash too. Could be a great start material for cart making 👀🔥
