Clinics Taking Oil off my prescription

Good Morning. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I've got a consultation today to speak about taking oil off my prescription. I never really wanted it in the first place but my consultant suggested to give it a go. I've since learned Mamedica® have some sort of partnership with Curaleaf so its in their interests that I take some every month.

I did try a 10ml bottle of T20 oil on my first prescription and it really wasn't worth it. It took nearly 3ml for me to get tired from it and I much prefer using flower. I've had a T50 oil added to my next prescription and its Sativa, this is despite me saying I only want Indica products as Sativas sometimes make me feel worse.

Ideally I'd like to swap the 30ml of Oil on my prescription for Vape Cartridges. Is this something I can do and has anyone else tried?

Morning @JayG303 and I'd suggest this is exactly what consultations are for as you can adjust your treatment to suite your needs and there should be no problem with your request from what I see and I use my consultations for exactly these reasons and have adjusted my limits to suite my needs a couple of times ,also whilst with your clinic I tried oils on the first one or two prescriptions then didn't reorder them but at todays consultation you just need to make it clear you do not wish to proceed with oil as it's not effective on you and expensive to use so you would like to trial the vape carts next if you feel they may suit better.
Always remember you don't have to pay for anything you don't want Good luck.

Thanks mate. I'd read somewhere that they can really try and pressure you into keeping the oil but I'm probably over thinking and like you say, I don't have to pay for it if I don't want it.

Did I see you say somewhere that you got the black cookies that were at £4. If you did, what was it like? Thanks

No ,I plumped for the Mac Doughnuts in the end which were satisfactory for the price and effective albeit a bit oldish but I'd get them again at that price
The oil path sounds exactly the path they put in front of me at the start but I was keen to try the oils at first but I reckon I just didn't get the right one and stopped ordering them where as you are still at the point of ordering through the consultation so as long as you tell them your thoughts then that should be the end of that really.
