Thanks mate Yeah I'm the same with the NHS meds but like you I have certainly not been reaching for the packet as much always knowing there's that man-made element of what your about to consume and its long term pros and cons!
I will be doing some rough math today and already have quite a lot of notes in front of me.

Just soaked my dogs to cool them down for the next hour or so and it's baking but the real question is I suppose is can you fry an egg on the floor
Time for some Stolo Haze whilst my wife is on Motor Breath for the afternoon while we hide from the heat for a bit

Same as with eggs unless they're chocolate easter eggs
Taking cover here too in the hope outside is a bit more user friendly later and I ended up sat outside in the pitch black last night and it was lovely ,like a proper summers night.

Managed to get a bit of a long lye this morning to see what nick this hip would be like and it's not too bad so just keeping indoors weather mabe a bit too hot for some !
I didn't get a chance to try out my new friend last night too sore n tierd.

I was messing with the computer in my car, I don't generally use it but had to reset the tyre pressure gauge. The sweat peed out of me getting my head around it all lol. Run out of Aircon gas so was finding the connection and researching what I needed to refill the system, couldn't believe how easy it is, that's my next fix. Hope ya hip pain eases off for you, pain is horrible
