I’ve had this for about a week now so it’s about time for a review!
I had the t800 gmo rosin cart previously and am happy to say this is at least as good for me, if not better, largely owing to the new cart design! Familiar and as expected/hoped otherwise, flavour profile and effects seem identical. Good! Medical products should be consistent. This is nice to see. The only change I could note, this seems to be more cleanly processed. The rosin in the T800 version was a slightly opaque and a darker colour, where this is crystal clear amber nectar.
Another welcome change is that previously the Clearleaf® carts had a plastic mouthpiece, which were fine, but got a bit gross and sticky near the end, so the switch to this type with the ceramic mouthpiece is most welcome. For what it’s worth, they seem identical to the Aurora® carts, except for the volume of 1ml rather than 1.2ml.
Where these differ from the Aurora® carts however, is the terpenes and for me personally overall efficacy. With the Aurora® carts, while they are good, don't get me wrong, I find the hit quite dry, and while hugely more effective than distillate carts, I still don't find them as effective as flower. With this rosin cart however it feels another step closer to flower. I had a day this week where I was with family and only medicated with this and the Platinum Slurricane rosin carts, quite comfortably. If I try that with the Aurora®, I am still looking for opportunities to sneak off with my Tinymight. So a clear difference here, at least for me personally.
In terms of the flavours, the terpenes are lively, vibrant, dare I say juicy? Strong Limonene up front and some gas/rubber in the back. It's GMO alright! No mistaking that.
As for the effects. I find this good for pain and tension, without being sedating. Quite the opposite, this for me is fairly motivating and a nice one for the daytime.
The only caveat, the price! I don’t think they are overpriced relative to the market necessarily, hash rosin carts are considerably more laborious and costly to produce than Co2 or distillate so you are going to pay for it, but overall prices need to come down across the board, which I hope they will as the market continues to mature.
Overall I'm giving this a 9/10 as I'm not sure what really could be improved. It's clean, refined, potent and tasty hash rosin, in a decent quality cart. What more can you really ask for?
Ooh, and available via Alternaleaf! I'm currently waiting for my first Aurora® carts, might try this as a comparison to the Aurora® EHD on next script. Thanks for the review

Absolutely! It's a little more hassle as you have to request them from IPS, so instead of using the portal you have to email your request through and it takes a little longer to sort out, but totally doable. I like to request everything I can from Montu for speed and ease (and respect to a certain degree, I think the clinics are run as loss leading ) and then anything that isn't available from Montu like these rosin carts can be split and obtained from elsewhere. I hope the Aurora® ones work for you though, as glowing as I am over these Clearleaf® ones, the Aurora® are absolutely fantastic too!

Do you think the inclusion of the 50mg of CBD makes a difference to the effects, in comparison to the T800? I've seen reviews of the Curaleaf T600:C200 Jack Herer cart which suggested the inclusion of CBD made it quite groggy and sedating.

Absolutely, it is an active cannabinoid just like THC! But to what degree, or to what effect, I cannot say for you, as everyone is different and cannabis based medications can affect people very differently. Personally I cannot tolerate much CBD at all. It makes me feel quite unwell and fatigued, but those kind of side effects are very rare. For many it will ‘take the edge off’ the THC, it has excellent anti anxiolytic properties, and is good for inflammation, so it can be useful for pain relief too. I believe is it is also thought to be a neuroprotector so it is wise to include some in your cannabis diet, but almost all if not literally all CBPM’s on the market contain some CBD so this doesn’t have to really be an active consideration. I believe this is partly why you don’t see THC distillate based carts that are entirely absent from CBD. There are hundreds of other active cannabinoids that have had no real research into too, which is where full spectrum extracts/carts like the Aurora® resin and Clearleaf® rosin and trial and error come into their own
