Dog's walked and now time for for some CBD balanced ACC and then maybe some D1 smalls .
Thought I may of had my new script by now from IPS but I'll chase it up on Tuesday as not had an invoice yet but RM received the prescription on Wednesday from Cannabis Clinic Cardiff and nothing since to say it has been delivered to IPS

I'm using Specials Pharma exclusively at the minute. IPS, and Newgrove in particular, both gone downhill at the moment

I may do the same for a bit regards specials as they seem to have a few strains well before others too

Tried to relax myself a bit yesterday ,just the world wouldn't play ball and conspired against me and it's the eye hospital today but thankfully on the outskirts of town and easy to get in and out of then the rest of the day is mine and I may go Cosmic pre 4 PM to catch you up and enforce that I ain't doing shit feeling

After my little experiment at the start of summer I've just harvested a load of finished lavender flowers for use either alongside or as a separate thing in the vapouriser

Letting them dry a bit before stashing them with a boveda in a sealed jar

It's like you've become one with the Linalool when vaping the flowers, sooooooo relaxing, might be worth a go if you have any around you for that extra relaxation factor

I have actually got a herb bowl with my arisor xq2 and it came with some lavender dried out and I may try it for that Linalool effect and more room wide than direct but you never know I might take a brave pill and try vaping it or blending and vaping

It's also the first year I don't have any type of Lavender in my garden usually english and french I think so a raid on my mums garden could be the order of the day and I reckon my wife could appreciate this too

It actually feels like a lovely day outside so a day of being in the garden looks on the cards with the dogs and after watching smacksalads vids this morning I'm tempted to press a bit of flower and get the old dab pen and press out after my daily starter of a balanced strain

We need some more cheap strains now what are not near there expiry date.
I have only been able to get 1 strain what I thought was reasonably priced and they are minis
I am going to try and see if I can get into the rosin vapes and see if that helps

Going off what others here have said about the rosin vapes they could be a winner for you and when you find out how long they last you'll get an idea of whether they are value or not to you I suppose and it's definitely helped my wife in the past with pain .
