I've found my way back to Minecraft now my little lad is old enough to get into it. Forgot how therapeutic it can be...

Must admit I get the odd one like that tooMissed this tag somehow, not sure I'm getting all the notifications I be should be
I've been playing WarCraft since Orcs & Humans first released on my Dad's lap, Tides of Darkness is probably my second favourite DOS RTS ever (after Dungeon Keeper).
Controversial take, I found WarCraft III really poor compared to the prior two games. Didn't like the changes to lore, the Night Elves, Undead etc.
It's a great game still, but lacks some of the greatest of the earlier DOS releases IMO.
Don't shoot me.

You appear to know more about gaming than I do, I've forgot more than I rememberOh, wow if it's an Interplay game - I'll have to give it a go at some point. One of the best publishers of the era by far, similar to Psygnosis - or Bullfrog as a developer.
Mate, my old man must have spent 1,000+ hours lost in BG1/2 and Icewind Dale when I was growing up. BG3 is a blast and probably my favourite PC game released in the past 5 years - other than one major thing, it's heavily sexualised in ways that are a bit awkward to me. I'd rather any relationship/sexualisation bits are left out of games.BG3? Still waiting for a sale on that one...
I'm thinking Black Myth Wukong maybe? Not sure.

Left a review on Steam at the time, and biggest point was that it's not a game I could play with my own kids one day.
Yeah it's definitely worth holding out for a decent price, though I normally use CD key sites for buying Steam games these days and reckon you'll already be able to find something fairly cheap!
The original Divinity is brilliant too, I remember making it to a desert part with high wind that had particularly high difficulty - maybe 50 hours into the game, and never continued. My little brother completed I think, and enjoyed Divinity II a lot too!
