Loved what brendan done with pubg mod , hope he allows mods for this , Helis , snipers , and wildlife , Defo looks a good game to chill too but as it is
 
Morning Chaps,

Now my work life has eased off for a month or so, I thought I'd try and play some games again.

I did stop gaming for a few years until I got my Legion Go, I do have a Series S as well but it's never used.

I have to admit, since I hit my 30s I really struggle with the idea of gaming and playing things though. At first I stopped being able to keep up in online games, the kids are to good. Then I started playing story games but they quickly got a bit boring, I'm still yet to complete the Witcher 3 for example. I don't have the attention span for 200 hour games it seems.

So now I'm barely playing much outside of Football Manager 2024, Firewatch ocasionally and then some occasional emulation with Fight Night Champion, UFC Undisputed 3. and that's about it.

I tried to reinstall GTA5 recently but I just couldn't be fucked with it all.

Has anyone else gone through the gaming menopause and lived to tell the tale? I'm really starting to question whether gaming is for me anymore, no matter how much I try I never get gripped like I did when I was a teen.
 
Best I can muster these days is sitting watching my son play Roblox or Fortnite and I'm not allowed to touch the controller haha that's me telt no even a 2 player 🤣

I've totally went off gaming after being a total addict for 20 odd years, started with warcraft 3 away back in about 1999-2000 then ended up on wow for about 15 years.... just woke up one day about 6 months ago and totally went off gaming full stop, no idea wtf happened its just gone....

Sounds a thrill that mate! I hear some horror stories about that Roblox game!

That kind of sounds like me in many ways! From the sounds of it you got more into but the switch flipping is the same! I try to force it sometimes and it just doesn't work.

I like doing things more. Like I'd rather put up a shelf than start turn on the LeGo.

I've been considering getting back into Hardcore WoW again but haven't got past the considering stage yet

I've had a couple of shots not my thing the flashing strobes on the special finishing moves can be a bit much so my job is to monitor and have full control over the account.
Like you say there's some weird shit out there targeted at kids especially.
On a lighter note I do love Playing Stumble Guys and the odd shot of a retro game like Sonic The Hedghog etc a wee nostalgia trip 😀
