Whilst I've found their Comms and general service to be decent, they are very uptight about the formulary and refuse to provide anything that isn't on their app (which includes several IPS products).
Apparently they do this so patients aren't waiting for products that aren't in stock but I've had IPS confirm on site stock of several products (including Aurora® Carts) but Medicann tell me they're not in stock.
Theres definitely something weird here, it feels very restrictive in terms of pharmacy/formulary.
