So when I was with my previous clinic and asked for a raise of my allowance as I was running short every month I was told I should be having a tolerance break 2-3 days a month... Anyone actually do this or was this just a mask to cover the fact he wasn't increasing my allowance? I can't imagine anything worse than a tolerance break...

Some people do them regularly but it what's suits each individual I'd say but if anything I just go easy sometimes but I use a fair bit of lower THC usually anyway but for people who have their symptoms present 24 hours a day it'd be a bit of a struggle ,the last tolerance break I had coincided with a few nightmares which I was unaware I even suffered so it probably is an individual thing , but it is right to try and keep on top of it one way or another

Yeah tolerance breaks don't work for me, Mamedica® mentioned it to me when I was with them "make sure you schedule a tolerance break each month"
I asked if they could let me know which day of the month I wasn't going to be autistic, wasn't going to have ADHD, wasn't going to be anxious, wasn't going to struggle with AT LEAST 50% of what I have to navigate each day, wasn't going to have a pain flare up, etc, etc. They just mumbled and moved on to the next question on the check-list
Then again I'm not sure what I expected since you don't speak to an actual doctor there very often as I understand it. My current clinic I speak to a consultant every time and they never said this
In any case, I do have tolerance breaks in a sense, because I have at least 3 strains every day, and try to vary also from day to day to prevent strain-lock - which comes on insanely fast for me - I usually have 10+ strains available at one time to counter this
Just sounds like some mindless backside covering bullshit to be honest that, when being said to a patient, isn't taking the patient's circumstances and conditions into account, it's simply statement/question #15 on the list to have to say

I feel I know what I need day in day out when it comes to consumption, recently learned that my tolerance ain't as high as I thought though when a few of the higher THCIndicaHybrid strains have knocked me out....

I still havent even tried a Sativa yet on MC, I've always avoided them like the plague to be honest but I'm really thinking about giving it a shot now atleast for during the day... Some of the stuff I've got is quite heavy duty especially for just waking up to
