Vaping Other Herbs

So since Christmas I think I've had the idea of vaping other herbs from the garden, and now it's the time of year when they are out in full force

Just picked an about-to-open lavender flower, broken it up, into the volcano basket 150c and I'm now vaping what tastes like essential oil (thought I'd start low in case it's oily / gooey when vaped fresh)

And it is very, very calming, very pleasant, feeling that Linalool effect hugely on top of my meds - and it's free!

Peppermint next, and I'm on the hunt for some chamomile too.

Might start to experiment with a bit of MC flower and lavender mixed up...

I am now super relaxed after a session, and they barely look touched so hopefully get a few uses out of very little

Funnily enough, as i was trawling through Amazon, as you do, i noticed a lot of herbs for vaping (although its called aroma herbs). There are some really nice sounding ones, lavender, camomile and mint, and also rose. Might try this, of course there is nothing much left in the garden now apart from fuschia flowers and mouldy crab apples, but i might bear it in mind in the Spring. If i do buy some 'herb' i'll do a review.

@Jester I'd use a specialist shop and wouldn't inhale anything sold on amazon. There is very little product control there, it's just a race to the bottom in every means.

I'd only use stuff from the garden anyway since I know it's organic etc, I'd prefer to grow the majority of my own canna to be honest but maybe one day it'll be legal

I've not long since harvested and dried a load of lavender flower and the smell is divine, this is a good reminder to use a bit today now that it's been regulating with a boveda

I'll have to grow some chamomile as I bet that is a winner for bed

Ah I've just put some ground lavender flower through the vapouriser

Dried (as expected) had far less vapour / oil, but I did get one hefty huff at the start and it has hit the spot, feeling calm and relaxed now, I'll try adding a bit of moisture back with another boveda

I had a look online last night and actually found a couple of specialist places that will sell online. Obviously there is no 'legal' product control, but it is all organic etc. I found a couple of herbal mixes which sound interesting. If/When i do try it, i will do a review here. Thanks for your thoughts. x
