Flower 4C Labs Core ULS T22 Ultra Sour

Welcome to the forum @Offgrid anna and no worries about the thread (y)

I've found this thread below where migraines were discussed and some good info put down that may help in how to find the right sort of strains to relieve migraines .
Thank you so much. And thanks for all the great work.🙏

Hi sorry to invade your thread, I was reading about this strain and saw that @Delta 9 has cluster headaches, my friend has suffered terrible with these since oct 2019. She has found nothing that works for her yet. What has worked for you if you don’t mind me asking. Thanks in advance Anna
I still suffer with them and always on the look out , i feel its neuralgic related as always got stiff neck and can travel up base of skull into back of ear and into eye but i also get just straight pain in eye so for me posture is important and always trying to keep neck from being stiff which is a big contributor to them for me anyway.

Hard not to be deficient in nutes when going through flare ups so minerals like celtic sea moss rather than shilajit might be good for female for minerals or if fruit eater diff types of fruit for minerals and good nutrition with water.

I found mac 1 was a preventer in a way and can help not turn stiff neck into a cluster as its done with me today , clear head onset with just enough sedation to combat some headaches. Include some CBD into regime if friend can , I usually boycott Curaleaf for lobbying reasons but i will try their 10mg THC 10mgcbd pastilles see how they work and get back to you.

The biggest thing that worked was zolmatriptan nasal spray that took away alot of lost days and can take them away within an hour but look for sedation strains and to try some Limonene dom Sativa type as that could also be beneficial.

Its debilitating so i understand what she goes through. Kinetic chain release therapy also worked for me for stiffness and was alot better than a chiropractor

Hash rosin vapes i have yet to see if works for cluster but great for sleep replenishing energy.

Any questions or if i can help with anything cluster related just leave a message

That’s great info, I will pass it on on Friday when I see her. Thank you so much. She does use BM bho vapes which have helped sleep, but she finds them too strong for daytime. I will try to persuade her to join a MC clinic. Thanks again I really appreciate it. And I look forward to see how you get on with the pastilles. 🙂

I really feel for you who suffer with clusters. It seems like torture from what I’ve seen.

She better off on MC than bm , the frequency of all my headaches have come down not by alot but its significant to me. Some nasty bho bm vapes out there so hopefully she has some THC and not hhc ones. Some balanced or low THC flower would be good for daytime , i found sudz was a good daytime headache preventer 17% THC. Heres hoping with the pastilles 🙏

I suffer with migraines myself so I know the intense pain that they cause, but for you guys that literally get taken from feeling ok one minute,to then having to hold your head with you hand with that excruciating pain for anything from a few minutes to an hour I’ve seen my friend, multiple times a day, seeing her go from a perfectly healthy person at a good weight, she dropped down to six stone at the worst of it, she now on some med that has put weight back on her but no further with clusters, nothing they try eases it. she also struggles with bigger size tablets, so I’ve not worked out a way to get her dosed up with a good quality magnesium. That’s helped me massively with my migraines, so was thinking as it’s great for muscle relaxing it may be the same for clusters.

Migraines can just be as debiltating but clusters is just like getting stabbed in the eye with sharp pin , But i get some crazy migraines so i sympathise with you.

I went from 9 stone to 13 by the only thing nutrition wise i could put in my body was milk and sometimes i drank 4 litres a day otherwise yip i would be six stone aslo.
Fatigue and musle fatigue is bad so anyday with no clusters has to be a replenish energy and hopefully food day lol. Too tiring with it all and dwp not really recognising it as a disability and wanting you to get back to work is a disgrace lol Give me a break to get my energy back lol.

Magnesium is alot better absorbed through the skin so i would try magnesium flakes in a bath , Feels great just before bed cos all muscles relaxed , I need to try magnesium again as it really could help with this stiff neck

That’s awful dwp are trying to push you. If they spent 24 hours with you they would see that you cannot possibly work. They stopped pats pip now she’s on universal credit I think, it’s truly disgusting how broken our system is.

I will show her today, she rang me last night as you and I were chatting on here. I read to her what you said about neck pain etc and she completely relates. She is going to get onboard MC. I will help her today. After me saying about how you feel with your neck etc she sounded almost relieved, especially when I said what helps for you. Do you find yours change with the seasons? She was saying she has had a hell of a week with it. Thank you again, I have heard hope in pats voice for the first time in six years after your msg I relayed to her. 🙏😊

I feel relieved also that she relates about neck pain as i went to chiro and they thought it was cervicogenic headaches but wouldn`t touch me after i told them i was diagnosed with clusters. Neck pain everyday and its defo related to clusters. Mines is just chronic and most days but i have to shake and crack my neck a few times per day to stop it going into a cluster so cold winter will have an effect on my neck. I have not had the best week so prob change in weather could induce episodes.

Its nice to hear that theres hope there as easy just to go into the same low mood state with anxiety but MC will deal with that and keep it at bay.

Was looking at the gammacore that you can get on NHS think its £1900 to buy

Thanks for those links, I showed her earlier, the gamma core she has already had, that was one of the first things she tried. As soon as I said it she said “the cattle prod” 😂 then I remembered what it was. That other link was really interesting too, after reading it to her (while she was having a cluster) she said that the lady who she spoke to at dwp who said on the assessment said she wasn’t entitled, used to be a cluster sufferer herself, but clearly not a chronic like my friend or yourself. So it goes to show human compassion doesn’t come into play it’s all about points. Too many people and not enough humans in the world unfortunately to speak up even when they knows things are clearly unfair and not right. Despite what the script she is reading from says. If the dwp lady knows what cluster feels like and how that debilitated her while she suffered, surely she can imagine what that would be like everyday for 6years.

Orrible when I had sum. SNDL not on my radar!
I found it ok for lifting mood and it definitely had terpenes but I'd like to see a few positive reviews before considering it again. Plus £65 can get you a lot compared to when this last appeared.
