🌞 What Are You Consuming Today?

Apple & Gas but was on the Black Cherry Punch, before that i was on the Chemmy Jones and before that the Strawberry Guava 😅
I'll sleep tonight as im gonna hit the Alaskan Thunder rosin very soon just to Finnish me off for today 😴 😅. I'm sure ive had covid but on the other side of whatever it was now, ive had lots of brain fogg over the last week but I must say, the oil and rosin has worked better getting me through this illness than what the flower has. Don't get me wrong, the flower has really helped but the oil/rosin has works better with this sort of illness

Earlier this morning I've had some IPS - MAC3 delivered (Along with PC - Rainbow Pave) and it's one of the most confusing strains I've ever had.

It arrived as literally 1 big nugget which is appealing to some but annoying af to me just because stalk weight + increased chances of mould. I ripped it all apart into smaller nugs to check for mould and my fingers were insanely sticky afterwards, comparable to BM MAC. It's some top tier grown flower imo, especially for the £50 odd quid it was.

The initial smell was of rubber, I can guarantee this has been stored in plastic/rubber bags for a decent amount of time. There is that typical mac meaty smell but it's hidden away for the most part.

Vaping it tasted like intense BO and meaty crisps. I can deal with it but it was not the MAC I know and love. I'm hoping the usual jar treatment can help me here.

Effects wise its good. Real balanced Hybrid vibe. You could relax into the sofa or get some jobs done with this but I'm really on the fence as to whether I would recommend it at this point.

I've like the strain since trying the Therismos Mac3 but the discounted price is a big part of it compared to the RRP of £75

I think it might be a me issue to be honest.

I've just put it through the TM2 and it was a lot closer to the MAC I love. Something about the Twist made it go a little funky for me.

Not in a million years would I pay £75 for this, sounds like you wouldn't doe the Therismos one either.

I do like how many Mac options we're seeing though.

I'd still like to find the MAC with a slight orange twang that I tried on BM and it was special 👌

Mac for me has no meat , caps cut is complex purp fruits musk nag champa, macs from seed , cream musk lemon and orange , mac 3 musk , savoury , orange but never known mac to be meaty but if i did id qeustion it like the rubber smell.
Subjective but its not known for meat n i love mac strains. Trainwreck on the other hand can throw out beef space raiders profile but i never knew if this was it goin bad.

What i found growing my own from seed, i could get a genetic coming through on a plant more than what it should have been. Eg I grew some Blueberry Chunk and in some plants I had more pineapple coming through and sometimes grapefruit rather than Blueberry and had full on Blueberry in others. I don't know if this is the case with the MAC?

Oh i have smelled some crazy profiles that didnt or shouldnt b there , outliers n recessives, in the world of other flavorants anything can happen or go wrong and its hard to tell if gd or bad , i love my esters etc with bin juice , shit, vomit profiles but the meat profiles are present and trainwreck i got 2 phenos from street 1 floral , terpinolene n earth thats what its known for and beef space raiders and hated getting that profile i dont know if something went wrong but i did get a trainwreck that was catt piss ammonia so could throw out some crazy profiles.

Mac 3 maybe giving out rubber and meat terpenes/flavorants but in all macs i have consumed i have never found meat prob closest in it is savoury n musk , so somethings popped out there wether its meant to be or not then i would question it but its subjective and savoury might be coming through as meat to some people but if someones describing mac as meaty then i am staying well clear lol

There's definitely something bugging you about it, I wouldn't know really as I haven't had the strain but something else come to mind about strains and off tastes, it was flower being over gammered. Without looking i don't know what or if this has been sterilised. Sometimes the sterilisation can effect/alter the profile taste if overdone?

Lol not bugging me at all doobs but i know mac inside out and will go as far to say that super lemon haze has been used in the genes and called colombian and thats my opinion from knowing mac and old slh, looked for years for that old creamy slh and closest was in caps cut.

Meat n rubber aint in mac so i think if it is its went wrong thats all , Had plenty experience with beefy trainwreck and i dont think it was meant to be there so it got dodged when available over floral , earth , terpinolene so from experience it was compared to meaty weed i have had.

If meat is coming throught the cream , musk, citrus in mac then to me i think its seems it could be dodgy but some might perceive the savoury as meat as everyone is different. I dont care whats happened but i do know mac is not known for meat.
