High Octane x Jungle Cake
Nice buds covered in trichomes. Gas Cake aromas and flavours are nearly as complex as its lineage. A gassy base is coated with sweet and creamy vanilla cake. I'm on the fence as to whether this is mould or not too, it looks pretty suspicious but more like trichome material than mould up close. That first pic of the pistol is for sure though, a dusting of mould spores flew out the flower when I cracked it open

In a couple of the pics they look like they could be baby trichs maybe but could well just be moist, non-irradiated and held up in the various stages of faffing about before we're allowed to get it and it's started to go funny?

Mould was something I never came across when using BM, it's only something I've heard of on medical

I have the new Ostara balanced strain coming tomorrow and I will be getting forensic with it based on this though

Safe thanks bro good to get a second opinion and I agree. Those two pics I think it’s trichomes but pic 1 is mould for sure. Lucky you I came across it a lot on the bm too and was hoping to escape it with the super safe lab tested irradiated medical but sadly not the case it seems. Fingers crossed your balanced flower is clean mate and I would advise anyone to forensically analyse everything the minute it comes through the door to be honest now it seems it’s a lot more common than you might hope and I think a lot goes under people’s noses and probably went under mine too before the jack herer wake up call. There was no missing that and since then I’ve started looking out for it i seem to be finding some virtually every script.

Yes sadly it is a possibility even with all the lab testing etc.

i use a dslr an 100mm macro lens and some extension tubes for the photos.

For me it’s not worth the health risk and if I find mould with any brand I never buy from them again but of course it could be an isolated incident.
