Clinics CB1 Blaming Royal Mail for Delivery Delays

Yeah I cant be bothered with them anymore dont have it in me to keep arguing and going back and fourth, I am in the process of switching and happy to get away from them
All you should need from your previous clinic is the Discharge letter, everything else comes from your GP. Get your summary of care from your GP and apply to another clinic.
 
My order is being delivered today, finally. Will let everyone know later if it’s all there

I paid yesterday evening, will give an update on when it get's delivered so we can see if it's improving or not.

Ordered last Tuesday in 2 parts and got 1st payment link last Tuesday and 2nd link last Wednesday. Paid last Thursday,
LATEST UPDATE:-just had a message left on answer phone from CB1 Medical saying my ## wasn’t sent as out of stock and payment has been refunded. I”m annoyed it’s taken this long for them to message me. There was Peanut Butter Souflee in stock on Tuesday and would have ordered that if I had known. I have had to open the double baked cake at the weekend which is another one I saving.
Still waiting for postman.

Are CB1 Medical monitoring these posts? Unless it’s a coincidence , I talked about Peanut Butter Souflee and after posting, Peanut butter Souflee went off, isn’t even showing as “out of stock”, it’s disappeared as though it never existed.
Had my delivery minus one packet.

I highly suspect they are. Businesses pay a fortune for effective market research, and its here for free. They'd be almost foolish not to, not only to monitor their own patient perception, but also to see what their competitors are doing.

I am glad I have finally moved, I was approved by Medicann. The process was so smooth and my initial meeting I found so much better in terms of understanding my condition and what may work for me and what may not. Thanks for everyones advice and responses
 
I had an email today from a new manager who was obviously not told the story customers were told. He said it was two issues first issue was the change over from script assist to their own software and their suppliers had no stock

Quote "we recently moved to a new platform due to issues with our previous app. While most patients transferred smoothly, there have been some isolated delays and communication gaps during the transition. These issues were compounded by low stock levels from our suppliers. "

So why blame Royal Mail? Why not just come clean and tell the truth? Anyway he also said they are changing the way you order and it's going live next week. Basically you order, you pay, stock is reserved and script is written as far as I can tell.
 
Low levels yeah the thing is the app wernt working neither does this new one i have still gotta script saying the 18th ..
They really need a new IT Manager . So They are saying they are gonna change how u order again .? Thanks for this information this is very important info have a blessed day 🙏
 
Was happy with CB1 Medical for a year or more but moved to Medicann due to low stock and few discounts at all and been happy ever since. Now after reading all here and on FB complaining how things are not right with them- I'm just glad I managed to move before all this and change of their platform. I had good service, great customer support(phone) and was overall really happy with them up to a point so bit sad to see them go downhill but hope they won't crumble and sort themselves out.
