Received GK Modified Gas this morning, last minute addition to the seasonal Budboard.

Reviews said it smells so thought it may help me get something with an ooOOoo aroma when first opened.. Opened it, OooO I said. Does indeed smell in the bag, medium strong by my very high standard for available terpenes, the more terpenes the more minor cannabanoids, flavanoids and other bits that are vital for full effect.

There a little of the GMO genes in there, and an overlay of fruity from the Grapey genes. I also got mild Bakewell Tart for some reason. Usually I put in a blacked out jar with 62% and leave for a week before sampling. Couldn't resist so jammed the tempest 2 head into a bud and twisted. Stickyness and more niff, this is hopeful. A big chunk stuck in the full size bowl. I find that works well for a change, get a number of dense hits.

It has a taste, the effect is rapid cerebral without raciness so ideal for day for me, then a creeping gentle body stone melted away physical tension ( I have mad MCAS amongst other lovely problems and my spine is in a mess, can't get to my Chiro sadly) and pain without feeling too sedated. It tastes now, have high hopes after a week

Anyone else had this recently, is it consistant through batches?

Green Karat are a good brand. The pave what I get does change slightly from batch to batch but it is always good quality

I have been gifted a number of rosin pucks. I have no experience of rosin, does anybody have any advice on what to do with them? Some special fudge is definitely on the cards

If you mean the leftover pucks from someone pressing them then I would bang them in the infuser and that is what I intend doing with any used pucks I have and the puck is just the flower pressed so nothing out of the ordinary really and it will still have plenty of cannabinoids in it to extract

Thanks, I had some GK a year or so ago, no idea what cultivar, it was nearly dead sadly. Seems they have a decent grower for the MG

I wouldn't mate, you can infuse it into some sort of edible or hot chocolate or something. If you have a good few of them you can infuse into some oil.

Feels like it's just been one long storm outside lately, always windy, rainy, cold, horrible, dark. Pitch black now at 16:30

I'm snuggled up inside with lots of layers on, oil keeping my circulation tip-top, been on Moby Dick & Long Valley Legend so far today, now thinking Strawberry Cake and then a bit more of the Pink D1 for later

Still loving my new Venty too, twiddled with the settings, and have it now so it starts at 170 (heats up so fast!), and then with double clicks of the power button will first jump to 185, and then 198

Really easy to get a good sweep of cannabinoids & terpenes (and flavour!), plenty of airflow on it compared to the mighty. I think of this, the Volcano Hybrid, and the Mighty+ the Venty is the best all rounder.

Mighty is on back-up only these days; it has served me well though
