I don't like most of the MC products I have tried after near 2.5 yrs but sometimes I find one that mostly works. Then I hope it doesn't go OOS or a phenome change kills it ofc. We all do that, unless you know zero about this plant and don't forget many many have no experience, MC is their introduction to the plant.

Look how much of the lower range of product is sold... literally tons of it. Those patients who are delighted with the medical benefits of that range would not want to move to more costly product, nor do they want to be laid out on the floor talking with elves.

I have over five decades of experience with this plant, in all contexts bar selling on the street, in a number of different producing countries, that spoilt me, I know I won't live long enough to see the quality of hash and herb I used to experience years ago in UK Pharmacy product lines.

But I don't care much, it's a trade off, I can medicate with little hassle as it's legal and take the hit ( sry couldn't resist) on the quality and terpenes. I do feel sorry for those who can't afford to do that, but that's a seperate battle ofc.

@StationeryWilbury I was heading toward a little Modified Gas earlier after a short sleep with no deep sleep left me feeling very fuzzy.

Paused that to make tea. I could not see the kettle in the dawn dim kitchen, looked everywhere for the battered stainless thing.

Sat down again to winge a little. Remembered I had changed the kettle yesterday for a new tall grey metal one as the old lid had broken. Bah Humbug.

Vaped the MG instead of the tea. Hope you found your kettle

Sorry for getting a bit triggered yesterday. @belekas please accept my apologies. I had no right challenging you yesterday. I enjoy this forum because it is by and large friendly, and supportive. We really need this in this day and time. I find myself defending the med community because I chose to be apart of this for many reasons. A, to help my nervous system, and B, to reduce chronic pain with a wide range of medication. So please understand, it is not my intention to upset or fire people up.

I mixed up a 2.5g 6 strain salad yesterday from jar shake after doing a monthly stock take. I think I have enough left to get me through today.

I’ve over ordered (60g per month) and under used (40g per month) for a few months, if I find a medically effective strain, I’m over ordering and building a small reserve. I’m not too worried about expiry dates as they will all eventually get used. I’m gonna do one more over order in Jan and then 6 months of only needing to order 30g.

The dog is also currently consuming a little daily CBD. He was on heavy duty steroid meds for a skin condition but he’s been on a natural supplement and CBD oil for the last 3 years and it works for him.

Durban Kush – Quick Review

Right, as promised, here are my two cents on Durban Kush.

Opening the bag:
Immediately hit with a terpinolene-forward aroma - a whole village of tightly packed, resinous buds.

Combustion (pure, elements paper):
The first few puffs were straight terpinolene. As the session progressed, the profile opened up into Pinene, honey, and a subtle back-of-the-throat chocolate nuance.

Vaporised (Pax – one bowl):
Getting all of the above flavours again, but this time with an added, delicate rose-petal note that really stood out.

Effects:
This one doesn’t sedate at all. You can definitely feel the Kush backbone, but it’s well balanced by the Poison and Chem influence. Clear-headed, functional, and uplifting without any edge.

Terpene profile:
Dominant Pinene and terpinolene, with a faint chocolate note in the background.

Overall, I’m really enjoying this as a morning flower. No raciness, no anxiety, no sleepiness - just a refreshing buzz that keeps you motivated and productive.

I am partial to shreddies however I can't tolerate much fibre at the moment ongoing gastro down there problems since October last year I'm finally seeing a consultant next week!!

But in the past any of those so shreddies weetabix bran flakes etc I strangely enjoyed lol xx

I can't eat gluten, period.
