The last batch for me was dry as hell and some of the least exciting cannabis I’ve come across in years, but the effects were absolutely the best I have found on medical, full on body waves, pain go bye bye. It gets properly deep. Bliss. I just hope this batch is fresher than the last

Yes I love this strain! One of the few strains ive tried on medical that felt like a proper Indica.

As hoped, this batch is very fresh - expiry 30/06/26. The buds are lively, terpy, with some give and stick to the touch. Is it really gamma-irradiated? Apparently so, which I think strongly challenges the idea that irradiation kills freshness or terpenes.
There is some browning inside one of the buds, which seems not uncommon with medical. From what I understand, it’s likely oxidation from a long cure with slightly high moisture levels. Not ideal, but nothing particularly alarming.
The effects are absolutely sensational. Deep, powerful body waves. A bowl of this combined with lying on my heat mat and my body and any pain just melts away. This is a proper Indica. Nothing else I have tried on medical gets anywhere near this deep.
In terms of flavours and smells, it's sort of like GMO that’s been grown by monks in a cave in the Himalayas. A little more Limonene, but also like a mossy, earthy, cave like smell. Not in a bad way - if you’re a flavour chaser you might want to look elsewhere, but I find it quite palatable.
Not one for everyone, I think it has quite a specific use case, but personally I will be stocking up on my next repeat assuming its still in stock and if you have any kind of chronic pain I would suggest giving this one a go. Be warned though it is very sedating.
Almost forgot to mention, there was a boveda in the tub this time which I’m sure helps with freshness, especially if it sits on shelves for a while. I don’t think even Montu have clocked this yet as they gave me the individually packaged free boveda too!

Brilliant mate on couple of levels as this is the hope you/we had for this after your previous experience of it being so helpful/medicinal so the freshness is good to hear and it does sound most suitable for my wife and literally if she read your post she would just say get it !!

I had it alongside wedding cake and didn't even touch the cake until Black Triangle had gone. It's a real heavy eyed one for me.
I really encourage anyone to try it if they're looking for heavy hitting budget sleepers.
12Kg batch of this now so hopefully we'll see it on other formularies
