are all the clinics set up similarly, may I ask?
im gonna speculate there is some regulatory/financial reason in separating the pharmacy and clinical side of the business.
Like how power companies dont generate their own power but their "subsidiaries" do

Yeah it's pros and cons, my clinic has a relatively high monthly cost to cover their nut, but because I pay them direct they don't go hunting for handshakes amongst the industry

Using Pave 34 again and finding it nice and relaxing and may even be good in the afternoon for relaxing when not to busy or in the garden and similar to cold creek kush smalls in effects just not small

Using Golden Gauth and trying not to be greedy got work early.
This was always my way of thinking even when I spent more on meds and always found a cheaper way through the day with the idea of having something more complex/premium later on

I’m a bit upside down at the moment due to jet lag.. I’ve started off my day at 3.30am with 0.25g of Dalgety HSA T30 and a mug of coffee.. by 5.30am I had progressed to 0.25g of some Four20 pineapple fruz T30.. Should be back on schedule in a few days. I’ve been loading up on CBD oil since I got home yesterday morning and I can feel the effects as my pain levels are slowly going down to a more manageable level,
The same as what they dropped off for me the other day and whilst not quite the sleeper I expected it is proving extremely useful as is the money I've saved
