Hello All,
I'm a new patient with Medicann and have had my first prescribed flower for a couple of weeks now. Principally for migraine, but also to help with depression and anxiety alongside more conventional prescribed medication.

Absolutely delighted with the results.I was having several visual migraines a week and munching through Sumatiptan until I increased the frequency of cannabis to at least every other evening. Now they have totally disappeared and it is great to be able to use the herb legally.

I look forward to my continuing medical journey and chatting with the good peeps on here.
Tim

Welcome to the forum @English Electric and what a good start on Medical Cannabis with immediate improvement (y)

Seeing your avatar made me laugh as I'm not a mile away from the Frank Sidebottom statue and he actually lived next door to me during the height of his fame(not in Timperley 😂)

Ay up and welcome to the forum.

Sumatriptan is horrible stuff. It gave my partner a week long over medicated headache in addition to the cluster headaches.

It worked for me, but it's effectiveness diminished with use. I was also prescribed Propranolol (a beta blocker) which removed my energy and stamina exercising so I had to stop them.

It worked but built up to toxic levels after a few weeks of daily use. She is now getting good results with MC and psilocybin.

Ay up is one of my favourite greetings and popular in north staffordshire as well as Snottngham. Interestingly it comes from the old english - Say op - look up, with duck coming from the old english word ducal which became duke
