Oh my lord cant believe my luck with this one. Never had Sitka before and since Medican are running Sitkas for £50 now - its was no brainer.
Bag: Descent size buds, still caked, not dry to my surprise as the expiry is just around the corner. Beautiful colours to look at, nicely trimmed. I can only imagine now how she was like once freshly picked up batch , wow
Nose: you know its wedding cake and even Gelato in the lineage. You cant miss it. Any WC / Gelato fans will find this one super interesting. And as Gelato head Im super excited with this one.
Has that quite sharp fuel berry sweetness, mild vanilla with pine kind nose i must say. My type of nose, wanna live in that bag now lol
Flavour: Low temps (TM2 setting 3):
Piney, floral, and fruity. leaves mild zestyness around teeth and pleasant petrol kinda undertones. Flavour lingers in my mouth, tastes sublime.
On higher temps (TM2 setting
has that gas, fuel with creaminess , proper wedding cake taste. Gets slight fruity and even stronger pine flavour coating mouth. Overall super pleasant taste palette ,
terpenes work well together.
Effects are personal but for me: Immediate mind and body relax, calmness to the max. Again, don’t want to be boring - but you know it’s Ice CreamCake there due to how it affects the body.
I suffer from chronic stress and this one seems to calm me down immediately. I vaped this in the morning during my weekend special long dog walk and I am positively ready for the day. Not couch lock , perfect for walks , hiking holidays, chill in the pub with mates.
Now interesting medical point: i suffer from crohns too and last week i started to have them horrible flare up sessions again. Feels like fire is burning down my bowel mechanism. And wow, this beauty managed to lower my inflammation levels. I can feel more relaxed in my abdomen.
I understand that everyone is affected differently, but even if we, as a community, comment on things like these, we might find it easier to choose strains to suit our medical conditions.
After difficult few days - Cherry Triumph gives me that break from bowel discomfort.
I am getting more if this and really looking forward for fresh batch now. I will use one bag to infuse my oils. It makes sense as she is cheap at the moment and has that medical anti-inflammatory values. One of my favourites now, picked yo by total chance due to heavy discount.
