5 weeks now..they are picking it up in The morning. Mamedica® where kind enough to say that the return is at the patients own risk and the producer, when receiving the medication return may still deny a refund or replacement (after all this I just want a refund now.)
 
It’s now officially been 4 months. Mamedica® and craft botanics “still investigating”. No updates. What a fucking scam!they aren’t even responding to my emails now when I ask for updates.

But they seemed to remember to call me every month to remind me to order. Each time I tell them to solve this issue instead. They have lost a valued customer (I moved to Medicann) and how many 1000’s of £ they have lost out in in these months. I was more than patient. Sent in photos and boxed it and sent it back. Phone calls and emails and no resolution. How can this be legal?

Mamedica® and craft botanics “still investigating”.
I wouldn't bet on "Craft Botanics" ( Montu) still investigating, it more sounds like an excuse from Mamedica® not to action your refund.

Either way, you shouldn't have to be dealing with this. It's not the first instance you'll find on the forums of patients having major issues obtaining refunds from them.

From recent experience Montu conclude investigations within 10 days
 
They haven’t responded to my last 2 emails. Before that it was “still investigating”…they had the photos which is why they wanted to see for themselves. Still investigating and now They have the product back…no response?
