I finally got a very unhelpful person on the phone and it turns out they took my order accepted payment and dispensed it inc a tracking number…. Without having any stock !!!

I will ask on Tuesday as I have got to ring them as I paid for a script on Wednesday it was despatched on Thursday at 1.50pm and it never arrived. The tracking says Royal Mail are “expecting it” so it seems like it wasn’t collected or sent by cb1

We are meant to be free to choose but in my experience, both my previous clinic (Cantourage) and my current clinic cb1 were/are unwilling to send a script to anywhere but there own pharmacy.

hopefully Cb1 will add it after this weekends system updates
