I'm not sure if its a coincidence or if someone from NuggMD seen this thread but i had a concerning email late yesterday afternoon from what i suspect is a USA support team saying that they had received a request to "download" my data and to confirm if it was me who made the request.

I replied and said under GDPR laws i have requested that my personal information be removed, they have not replied & my account with all my info is still there this morning.

I had some trouble sending the reply as the support team had CC'd two other email accounts which were invalid, so i had to remove them to get it to send.

I'm not sure who to escalate this to next to enforce the GDPR ?
