That would be really cool but I have the feeling it's not as high with Medicann as you'd think. I think there's a lot of patients here but I think it falls way behind the likes of Curaleaf and Alternaleaf.
My issues with Medicann unfortunately go well past stock levels. I have issues with overall pricing, service and the monumental amount of fuck ups on a monthly basis.
As much as it would be nice to see more British MC, nobody buys Glass Pharms and it's impossible to get licenses without backbenchers so I'm not very confident it'll ever happen.
I joined them in August and almost every interaction with them is a battle to the point I no longer report and issues I have.
I've had 4 deliveries not even get packed by IPS since I joined. I've had 2 scripts get left unapproved for over a week whereby they needed prompting to approve it.
The staff are always blunt and rude and even on the odd occasion they've rang me, they've been abrasive.
Outside of the first 3 months, I've found Medicann to be a disaster to work with unfortunately.
I don't want to keep shitting on them but if my Cannabis Clinic Cardiff application doesn't work out I'm considering leaving MC altogether and that's largely down to the Medicann experience.
You really do get what you pay for around here.

I wouldn't bother. They'll spend the morning sorting out scripts they're behind on and stock will be added after 2-3pm like usual if at all imo.
Imo check it at 12 and if there's nothing there's likely to be nothing before the cut off.
All you can do is share your experience on forums like this so we can all see the writing on the wall.
Whilst we may pay no clinic fees there is always a cost involved. The cushy number that these clinics have I do not see them promoting anything around cannabis and its medical benefits in the press or media. They would rather stay silent and hidden.

Weird that you have a very different experience, I have found the service to be Impeccable over the last 4 months,? Formulary is a different matter, soon as strain like/can afford regular basis, is not available anymore, is is still available just not at medicann, which is really, really frustrating, Rainbow Sherbert, MAC 4C Labs 60£, to cite just 2, but as far as the service goes no complaints

I agree the customer service people are very nice if you are asking for something they can help with.
If you step outside the canned responses they are usually very blunt.

I am amused that through me and 2 sign ups none of us have ever spoken to anything more than a customer service agent in 6months.

If you deal in any regulated product in any other industry, that isnt the way it is done.
Try being a financial advisor for example.

Everyone is going to have differing experiences I think. I assume there's a lot of people in the middle on things as well.
I've found them very rude and condescending for the most part but it's when you need to speak to a doctor, nurse or even just someone with authority that they become so difficult.
If you never need to speak to the doc and you get lucky with never having a script logistics issue then there isn't really anything to complain about. I suspect most people will have an experience more akin to yours than mine.
My issue with Medicann that broke the camels back is I can get the same items at the most expensive clinic in the country and still come out with change every month whilst enjoying benefits like proper medical care and full pharmacy access. - this won't be true of everyone depending on your typical orders.

Im glad most people are happy though, I've been through a fair few clinics ( CB1 Medical, Wellfords, AL, Medicann) and there's nothing more frustrating than feeling like you're being short changed.

Well, in my simple AI view, medical cannabis is a bit like trying to get a straight answer out of a politician—there's a lot of potential but also a lot of confusion. It's prescribed for vaping only here in the UK, and navigating the system can feel like you're on a treasure hunt without a map. Just remember to keep a sense of humour about it all!

I’ve heard the gelato dream is blue dream dominant so as much as I like the flavour for medical effects it’s the mochi all the way for me but if both work I think I would have more faith in greyscales as a brand
