I had some of this several months back, it arrived in a plastic tub (good old tumble-dried weed), mostly smaller dense buds and bone dry. Took a week in a jar with a humidity pack before it was usable. In hindsight, using some apple peel or a quicker hydration method to increase the moisture would've sped the process up. By the 3rd week in a jar it was actually pleasant, it had that distinctive gorilla glue taste and was slightly sweet. Definitely had a kick to it too, not a bad evening puff.
I thought for ~£50 rrp it was not bad value. Especially since mine arrived at almost 11g.
There might still be life it in. Although your description sounds like it's probably the same batch I had, just months older and drier... Hope not.
