How do we request a strain? Medicann seems to stock everything from 4C Labs including Qwest but never had Morning Sun. Had 150 of both this and the Union Jack and would love if they could stock it.

Yeah, really sorry, I messed up big time. I didn’t realise until about an hour or so ago what had happened. Also you may have had some messed up notifications or emails with random stuff. I know I’ve said it a couple of times but things should be back to normal now and notifications should be working again. The site may be marking some things as new and price changed that are not but that will sort itself out within 24 hours. Appreciate the heads up.
 
Anyone know what Medicanns prescribing/payment/shipping process is for Friday/Sat/Sun?
I ordered last Friday about 3:00pm
It was approved by the Dr quickly.
Then nothing moved on script assist with pharmacy until mid-day Monday. It missed next day delivery and I got it on Wednesday.

Usually if you pay before 2.30pm on a Friday you will recieve your meds next day before 1pm, after 2.30 on a Friday your meds will usually be sent out Monday delivered next day before 1pm, hope this helps.
 
Is there anyway to mute the formulary update? Quite annoying getting the notification all the time and not easily seeing the thread?
 
Has anyone ever had a reply from the pharmacy?
I emailed Medicann asking if it was possible to get a Somaí oil that is available in the IPS formulary and quickly (almost instantly) got a reply saying “we will pass this request onto the pharmacy team to see if it can be added”

Just wondering if that’s just a generic reply ?
 
Do they give you a stern call if you hit your flower limit in the first week? :devilish:

Sounds like a standard response but promising for a reply. Fingers crossed its something easy for them to do.
I have never contacted the pharmacy though. Some people here are a lot more experienced with the clinic.

The effects were quite pleasant and effective for pain, the taste of it is quite nice too. Nice looking flowers and they do look dusted with powder in a good way 👌
Mate... as ever... appreciate the response dude!

I medicate mainly for work for knee pain, restaurant work.... for ibs and then sleep dude so genuinely interested in the effects more than the taste etc

Glad it got sorted mate but sounds a bit like hands caught in the till from what your are saying. Fits their MO. Sorry you've had to go through that.

I can't recommend Cannabis Clinic Cardiff enough clinic-wise but of course they cannot control growers and mould happening and I can understand why you'd be feeling the way you are. This is supposed to be helping rather than be something you have to fight with 😐

I'm not entirely sure what you mean to be honest mate but it was an eclectic conversation I can tell you that much 🤔

Good stuff. Perhaps I will phone and beg them to accept me as their first pain patient. I think it's just down to how the clinic deals with mould for me. Maybe I should send an email on mass asking them all what their protocol is if I find mould and go from there 🤷‍♀️

Just before Christmas I had an issue with another private script I get for toothpaste.

When they arrived I noticed a defect. Like 7 out of 11 all had come open at the flat pinched end. Maybe it was the glue running out, but whatever. I emailed the pharmacy some photos and they sent me a box to collect them. They did some shit with Colgate and said I can have a refund or they'll send out new ones. I even asked them to double check the ones weren't fucked either.

This pharmacy was equally as upset as I was about the fuck up and wanted to make sure I had the medication I require and pay for. You know, like you'd expect.

Why can't it be that straightforward with pharmacies of all types? Fwiw I was spending £90 on it so it's a comparable cost.
Exactly mate that is how I would expect it to be dealt with. It is a medicine and they have duty of care it is a serious matter. Sometimes I think some of these clinics and producers are treating it as if it's just recreational or not that serious but for many of us it is not a trivial matter and has a huge impact on our quality of life

It has been an eyeopener to read your experiences and that something like this isnt standardised to begin with.
I am no legal expert at a returns process however it should be far more clearly defined.
No one expects returns due to "buyers remorse" but this is clearly not that.
Trading standards would be all over issues regarding defective/faulty product.
The added restriction of access to medication even if it was just bureaucratic is not what you want to see.
Hope you can put it all behind you and rooting for you chief 💪
