- Do you support open pharmacy usage, meaning I can choose which pharmacy to use? No, we utilize Wellford pharmacy currently for prescriptions.
- Do you have a default pharmacy that prescriptions are sent to? Yes, Wellford
- Is prescribing handled as a single script per month, or can I place multiple orders within my monthly allowance? Orders can be placed during a month when a new prescription is issued.
- Do you operate on quarterly video consultations, and if so, is there a pathway to move to 6-monthly reviews over time or potentially no routine reviews? Yes, the initial cadence is monthly consultations, then quarterly. Consultations are required, as async work is not allowed under current legislative laws.
- I’d also like to understand your typical turnaround times, specifically how long it takes from a prescription request to being issued, and then from issue to pharmacy dispatch and delivery. Assuming the patient qualifies and is approved during the peer review process, the current turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
- What happens if a prescribed product is out of stock, and can substitutions be approved quickly without a full consultation? If a product is out of stock, we will alert the patient directly with available options. From there, a new prescription can be issued within 12-24hrs without a new consultation.
- Are there any additional fees for repeat prescriptions or splitting prescriptions across pharmacies? Every new prescription has a fee. We nly utilize one pharmacy at this time.
